The host whose show follows me ended up getting caught behind the 8-ball this week, so he asked me to do his show as well. Sweet! That translated into an extended 2hr show. With so much time on my hands, it felt really comfortable to play in a couple of different genres and have a nice progression to the show. The show ends up in an uptempo dance mood. U-Tern’s (weren’t we just talking about him?) mash-up genius Walking on Lighting is such a satisfying slice of pop magic, I almost feel guilty playing it on campus radio — almost. Actually, the same could be said of the latest Duck Sauce tune as well. But I’m sure you can handle it ;)
