Holy crap, I haven’t updated this in a long, long time! Not to say that I won’t ever, but just in case you’re impatient…
You can now view tracklists and listen again to the shows over at the Fat Beat Diet page at cjsw.com.

Hey Marco,
I normally download the mp3s from here about once every two or three months and binge them on my phone for a week, then repeat that awesome cycle.
Noticed there isn’t any downloady options on the (kickass) new cjsw website. Is this a thing that can still happen for me? Big fan btw.
Hey Owen, thanks for listening!
I had someone else ask this not too long ago so you’re not alone.
So to download mixes, you’ve got a couple different options.
1 – I’ve been meaning to get the blog updated, but haven’t gotten around to it. but up ’til recently, i’ve still been uploading mixes to there. if you take the following URL as a template
http://www.beatdiet.com/FBD/mpthree/fbd_-_2015-11-06.mp3
just replace the date part with most fridays from 2015-01-01 to 2016-05-27, and you can download them that way.
2 – if you’re a bit crafty, you can download them from the cjsw site. If you’re using a recent version of Internet explorer, or firefox or chrome, righ+click on the ‘listen’ buttons on show pages on the CJSW site (like this page http://cjsw.com/program/fat-beat-diet/episode/20160610 ). There will be an option called ‘Inspect’ or ‘Inspect Element’. This will bring up a window with a bit of the webpage’s code highlighted, which will look something like this:
< button data-audio-title="Fat Beat Diet – Episode June 10, 2016" data-audio-src="http://cdn-media.podcasts.cjsw.com/audio/8043287d-ae94-461f-a3a1-a6d0e2b592bd.mp3" data-showname="Fat Beat Diet" class="btn btn-default btn-large now-playing--large__btn triggerPlay--single-ep">Listen < /button >
The bit you’ll want is the part in between the quotes after the ‘data-audio-src=’ part (ie: “http://cdn-media.podcasts.cjsw.com/audio/8043287d-ae94-461f-a3a1-a6d0e2b592bd.mp3”). Usually you can just double+click on that, copy+paste into a new browser window. then right click the new page, and select ‘Save page as’.
Sorry – those are a bit of a workaround my laziness/business-with-other things, but hopefully that helps.
